IPBA Mentorship Program

IPBA MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The IPBA is proud to announce the IPBA Young Lawyers’ Mentorship Program and now welcomes applications from IPBA Young Lawyers!

Overview

The IPBA has scouted among its past Officers senior professionals who will help our Young Lawyers to better navigate our organization and grow their skills for cross-border work and networking.

Ten Mentees selected from among applications received will have the opportunity to enhance their personal growth in a cross-jurisdiction environment while providing a fresh perspective to their Mentors.

The program will entail 5 hours of mentorship spanning 5 months, from November 2023 to March 2024.

The focus of the program is on young lawyers to enhance their involvement in the IPBA and have value-added access to networking and learning cross-border skills after COVID, which limited learning for many young professionals in different sectors.

Program Content

After being chosen by the selection committee, each Mentee will be paired two-on-one with a past IPBA Officer, who will provide guidance and support over 5 months, with 5 full hours for each Mentee dedicated to that Mentee’s development.
