Nobuo Miyake Fellows

Nobuo Miyake founded the IPBA in 1991 under the Spirit of Katsuura. Unfortunately, Mr. Miyake passed away in late 2023. You can read more about him and the establishment of the IPBA in a special book of remembrances written by IPBA members:

In Memory of Nobuo Miyake

To honor his memory, the IPBA has established the Nobuo Miyake Fellowship Fund. Details of this Fund are as follows.

  • There will be three Fellows chosen per year, vetted by the IPBA Nominating Committee.
