Reception at Skrine, Kuala Lumpur
On 17 January 2024, Siva Kumar Kanagasabai, JCM for Malaysia, held a reception at the offices of Skrine in Kuala Lumpur. Tatsu Nakayama of the Tokyo 2024 host committee introduced the Conference to the attendees. More than 50 guests enjoyed food, drink, and good company. Guests included IPBA Past President Cecil Abraham.
