Join us for this one-day Regional Conference, our first in Poland!

This event aims to raise awareness among legal communities of the region on activities of the IPBA, as well as support a wider scope of stakeholders with regard to challenges posed by the global economic situation and opportunities for developing cooperation between the Asia Pacific and CEE.

10:00-11:15 Session 1 - Legal Challenges and Opportunities in CEE for Asia-Pacific – focusing on emerging potential in rebuild Ukraine infrastructure projects. IPBA International Construction Projects Committee, moderated by Mirella Lechna-Marchewka

11:15-11:30 Coffee break.

11:30-12:45 Session 2 - Navigating the Complexities of International Trade Law between Asia-Pacific and CEE: Analyzing the legal hurdles in international trade agreements, customs regulations, and dispute resolution mechanisms that affect business operations and investments between the two regions.

12:45-14:00 Lunch

14:00-15:15 Session 3 - Construction and Infrastructure Development: Legal Framework and Dispute Management: This session would delve into the legal aspects of construction and infrastructure projects, including contract negotiation, risk management, and arbitration in cross-border projects. IPBA International Construction Projects Committee (Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Committee, TBD) moderated by Karen Gough.
