IPBA Int'l Construction Projects Event in New Delhi

Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA) is one of India’s premier international arbitral institutions for commercial disputes resolution. MCIA is organizing India ADR Week spread across three jurisdictions - Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai between the 9th to the 14th of October 2023.

As part of the India ADR Week, the IPBA International Constructions Projects (ICP) Committee is organising a session on Saturday, 14 October 2023 from 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. in New Delhi. 

The session broadly covers the following topics:

1. FIDIC form of contracts – journey from 1999 to 2017 and onwards
2. DAB and DAAB mechanisms and its varied forms of resolution mechanisms
3. Mediation in construction contracts
