IPBA Scholarships

The IPBA Scholarships were created in 1998 to honour the memory of M.S. Lin of Taipei, who was one of the founders of IPBA and a Past President of the IPBA. The IPBA is very grateful to the family of the late M.S. Lin for starting this scholarship program.

There are two categories of scholarships:

(a) those for young lawyers (under 35) from any jurisdiction to encourage development of those young lawyers in their work; and

(b) those for lawyers from developing countries to help development of lawyers in those countries.

Developing countries are: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Mongolia, and the Pacific Islands.
