The IPBA Scholarships were created in 1998 to honour the memory of M.S. Lin of Taipei, who was one of the founders of IPBA and a Past President of the IPBA. The IPBA is very grateful to the family of the late M.S. Lin for making these scholarships possible.
There are two categories of scholarships:
(a) those for lawyers from developing countries to help development of lawyers in those countries and
(b) those for young lawyers from any jurisdiction to encourage development of those young lawyers in their work.
