DESCRIPTION:Registration Fees Regular Registration Rate from August 1st:&nbsp;US$250 for IPBA members &bull; US$280 for non-members 21% VAT will added to the fee for&nbsp;those outside of Spain. Cancellation up to two weeks prior to the first day of the Conference will be refunded 50%. There will be no refunds within two weeks of the first day of the Conference.
