You are invited to an exclusive seminar and reception presented by the Inter-Pacific Bar Association ("IPBA") in connection with the IPBA's 2012 Annual Meeting and Conference, to be held in New Delhi, India.

Our event will begin with a 60-minute introductory seminar on "Dispute Resolution in india Involving Foreign Parties" and "New Developments in Foreign Investment in India", featuring a team of lawyers from India led by Lalit Bhasin, President-Elect of the IPBA and one of India's most prominent lawyers, currently serving as the Vice President of the Bar Association of India and President of the Society of Indian Law Firms. Upon conclusion of this seminar we will have a reception during which Mr. Bhasin and his colleagues from India will explain the plans for the IPBA 2012 Annual Meeting and Conference, which will take place from February 29 to March 3, 2012, in New Delhi, and which is anticipated to be the largest IPBA annual conference to date.

Don't miss this opportunity to meet colleagues from across Southern California involved in law practice concerning the Asia-Pacific region, to receive very current information on trends and legal developments directly applicable to U.S. and other foreign companies doing business in India, and to learn about the IPBA and its upcoming 2012 Annual Meeting and Conference in New Delhi.

There will be no charge for admission to this reception, which will include wine, beer, soda and light refreshments. Validated parking will be available in the parking lot on the northeast corner of the intersection of 8th Street and South Figueroa Street in downtown Los Angeles.
